                Certain refined people describe them as innovative folk art although most people condemn them because they find them extremely ugly. Whether you love them or hate them, graffiti have always been impossible to eradicate and costly to clean up. However, Mr Torbjorn Bengtsson, a Sweden, has found an answer. Moreover, the italian Government is so convinced that Mr. Bengtsson's methods work that it is using them in 12 Italian cities to protect the walls from the graffiti they may be covered up with when thousands of supporters come in June for soccer' s World Cup.
